At Cook, the majority of our buildings are built in a quality controlled environment and delivered direct to the customer fully assembled. When you select a building from one of our lots, that is the building you will receive, no surprises from crews who build your unit on site and rush to get the job done. With Cook, we build on site only if necessary and our crews are paid by the hour, not by the building to insure quality not quantity.
